Papaya and Honey Face mask for glow

Skin that glows looks healthy and attractive. We spend a lot of money on beauty and makeup product to make our skin glowing, but you don’t have to do that anymore since you can get glowing skin at home by this simple face masks with products you can easily find in your kitchen.

Papaya and Honey
Take a slice of papaya, peel off the skin and mash it to form a paste like even consistency. Then, add a teaspoonful of organic honey and mix it well.

If you have oily skin put 2-3 drops of lime juice as per you liking and apply this mixture on the face. Since it’s a fruit face pack, it is advisable to massage gently with your finger tips before leaving it as a face mask as massage helps absorption of the extracts and also improves blood circulation which is one of the factor, which brings glow to your face.

You can leave this face mask for 15-20 minutes and then rinses with plain water followed by using rose water as a final step.

Keeping your Rose water in a spray bottle is the easiest method to use it as you have to just spray it once you done with any face packs or masks; this is what I like to do.

Honey attracts moisture and also exfoliates gently while Papaya contains the enzyme Papain along with Vitamin A in adequate quantity that nourishes, hydrates the skin thereby making it glow. It also contains Alpha Hydroxy Acids, called as AHAs. AHAs are known to be an essential complex when it comes to prevent and cure lines and wrinkles due to aging. This is the reason they are widely used in almost every anti aging or skin repair products. Hence, this face masks can be a great anti aging mask as well.

This face pack can be an instant and quick way to get that natural glow on the skin. In fact papaya when ingested gives great results.

It’s important to take care of your skin externally but it becomes utmost important to eat fresh and healthy vegetable for an everlasting glowing and beautiful skin!
