For dry hair, you need to first make sure that you apply hair oil like Olive oil, Coconut oil, almond oil etc. You can also mix twp three different oils and then use it to massage your scalp and hair with that. Oiling at night fetch great results and is more beneficial in combating the dryness of your hair. Before you apply the hair oils, just warm them up a little bit so that they get absorbed in the scalp better.
While applying the oils to the hair or the dry scalp, do not rub the dry hair vigorously else they will get tangled and more damage will be caused to them.

How to do a complete face clean up at home

Complete face Clean up can give you bright and glowing skin. It will get rid of the dead skin cells, remove the excess oils and impurities from the face and also will enhance the complexion. Skin looks younger and supple once you’ve done the face clean up. You can go for the same done by a professional though that will cost a lot, so I will share this at home method to clean up your face.

For at home face clean up, You will require:
A good cleanser suitable for your skin type
Face scrub that can be cream or gel based that are easily available in the market
Toner or Astringent
Moisturiser 


To start with the face clean up, first wash your face with plain water with a cleanser suitable for your skin type. Oily skin type can try foaming or gel based cleanser and those of you with dry to normal skin can try creamy cleanser which will not dry out the skin. You can also use cleansing milk or cleansing lotion for the same.
Once you’re done with the cleansing. Fill a bowl with warm water and taking a towel stoop it over the bowl and let the steam come up on your face. You will have to do this only for 2-3 minutes so soften up your skin and open the pores.
After the steaming, take the scrub and massage your face with this for 2-3 minutes and don’t be too rough, if your skin is sensitive. Concentrate and focus on the areas that are oily and acne prone.
